Returns & Refunds policy

All sales made through Pretty Fun Designs are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once a purchase has been completed.

Before placing your order, we encourage you to review all product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications carefully. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase.

This policy applies to:

• All physical products sold in-store or online

• Digital products and downloadable content

• Customized or personalized items

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift purchases

Exceptions

We will only consider a return or replacement in the following circumstances:

• The item you received is significantly different from what was described or pictured at the time of purchase

• The item arrives damaged or defective due to a fault on our end

In either case, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at prettyfundesigns@gmail.com, with clear photos or evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.

We take quality seriously, and we stand behind every product we sell. If something is genuinely wrong, we will make it right. Outside of those circumstances, all purchases remain final.
